Architectural Review Board
Chair of Architectural Review Committee – Michael Price
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews home building plans, additions, exterior changes (fences, screening porches, etc.), and landscaping.
The ARB Committee Chair & Committee Members are selected by the HOA Board of Directors. This committee will review submissions each month. The ARB meets on the third Thursday of the month.
These common projects require ARB approval:
- Fences
- Deck Additions
- Live Tree Removal
- New Flower Beds and/or Borders
- Planting of New Trees or Shrubs
- New Exterior Lighting
- Driveway Expansions
- Any Exterior Modifications to your home, grade changes, retaining walls
These projects do not require ARB approval:
- Repainting the exterior of your home using original color schemes
- Replanting previously approved flower beds
- Removal of diseased or dead trees

IMPORTANT NOTE: Plans to the Architectural Review Board Committee may be submitted by email to mchambers@halorealestate.com. Plans must be submitted by the Second (2nd) Thursday of the month for review by the ARB on the third (3rd) Thursday of the month.
